The system has a database of all of the government rules/data related to the top 50 CRE markets in the US. The increased yield provided to property owners is substantial, an estimated $10M+ savings for a portfolio of $12B AUM.
Bill was CEO of a national real estate tax appeal company that was named to the INC 500 in 1993 and sold to PwC in 1997. At PwC, Bill co-supervised a national team. Bill has worked for Hewlett Packard and AllianceBernstein as well. He has valued property in excess $50B and generated tax savings of over $100M.
Bill has a BSEE from Johns Hopkins University and a MBA from George Washington University, where he has been an adjunct professor and an advisor to the dean of the business school for 20 years.
Rich has 30+ years of experience focused on building startups into global organizations. After 20 years in the telecommunications space, Rich has shifted to the CRE market as COO of CREyield where he is responsible for the technology, customer requirements and company operations.
Prior to CREyield, Rich was CEO/COO/CCO of various venture capital and private equity back startups that created three exits. He grew Roamware (now Mobileum) from zero to 650 mobile operator customers from 2000 - 2011, during which time he was based in Brussels. Rich holds a BSEE from Johns Hopkins University.
Gordie has been working in the Engineering field for over 35-years. He has published papers and received Engineering Awards throughout his career.
Prior to joining CREyield, he worked at Verizon for over 20-years managing teams of a hundred. The systems that Gordie work on provide annual income in excess of $100 Million.
